SHIPPING: All orders from USA are shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service. If you choose to have your order shipped through the United States Postal Service, please understand that I do not handle any lost or damaged package claims. It is your responsibility to handle any claim with USPS. I usually ship your order within 2 business days. |

RETURNS and DAMAGED: Returns are accepted with prior authorization and authorization number only. All returned items should be returned within 10 days of receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the problem originated from my end. I wish to keep you as customers and will do everything I can to make things right. Closeout items are “as is” and cannot be returned. |
